Declared a UNESCO World Heritage site, Antigua is the perfect place to view volcanoes, explore a colonial town, and make trips to other famous areas of Guatemala such as Lake Atitlan, Chichicastenango, the Pacific Coast, and Tikal. Known as the `land of the eternal spring`, Antigua is blessed with an average year round temperature of 75 degrees.

This beautiful colonial style home is located near the historic area of Antigua. Fully equipped with all amenities, it includes internet access on both floors and cable TV. You can easily walk to the Central Plaza, market, and all other points of interest (cobblestone streets - wear comfortable shoes!). From the large rooftop terrace, you can enjoy the beautiful view of three volcanoes - Agua, Acatenango, and active Fuego.

The house has four large bedrooms with king, queen and two double beds, five full bathrooms. There is also a study room with a confortable futon. A courtyard with a gorgeous fountain and sitting areas located off the first floor. On Tuesdays and Fridays, the house is cleaned from 8:00 - 5:00 (she will do your laundry) and on Friday mornings, a gardener takes care of the grass and the many flowering plants.
